What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement done at high intensity. CrossFit is a program that by design is broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. CrossFit is community driven, both through the competition that occurs naturally as participants complete the days workout as well as the accountability that arises as participants create bonds within the group. CrossFit is a meaningful and measurable fitness program with standard benchmarks that are repeated at intervals to test a persons fitness so they may see proof of their growth as an athlete. CrossFit is Fun.Fun because its always something new so it never gets old. CrossFit is NOT easy. If it were easy, it wouldn't be FUN.
